11g CRS Resource Reports "Ignorable" Errors

I just upgraded a production 2-node RAC from 10g to 11g. I ignored several pre upgrade check items since they were erroneous and the upgrade proceeded without issue. Now that everything is up on 11g, our Grid Control reports an error every now and then:
Message=[client(15163)]CRS-10051:CVU found following errors with Clusterware setup : root, See lkcroot, for details.
Metric=OCR Alert Log Error
Metric value=[client(15163)]CRS-10051:CVU found following errors with Clusterware setup : root,

The lkcroot refers to a root equivalency id that belongs to one of our sysadmin guys. The log shows that the cluster verify utility (ora.cvu) is still flagging the conditions that I ignored on the upgrade. There's not problem, everything is working. We have had the same ignorable conditions on other RAC upgrades but this is the first one where Grid is throwing this error afterwards.

Howdy, Stranger!
