Unable to Create Dataguard standby database using Oracle 11g Grid and Oracle 10g Primary and Standby

 Hi all...I am attempting to create a Dataguard standby instance for a 10g instance (10.2.0.4) using the Oracle 11g OEM Grid Control software.
So far, I am NOT successful and I'd like to see if anyone can verify whether this is actually doable and supported, even if a better idea
is to move to 11g for the instances that are now 10g. I'd really like to know if anyone has come across the errors listed here and
if they were successfully resolved and by what actions. 

OMS server:  Sun Fire V490 using SunOS 5.10 Generic_144488-09 (64-bit)
OMS software: Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Console 11.1.0.1.0
