Errors with Reports after R19 - connectivity to BI errors

I have been running into errors with the new R19 release. Reporting is intermittent and many times unavailable in the live environment although the reporting was not an issue in the staging environment. The errors are all over the board and am not able to share on this post since this seems to happen for the 1st hour of the application being open and the reports are working correctly now. Has anyone ran into this issue? I hate to think that my users are encountering the same issue.
