How to enable AGIS on Release 11.5.10

Dear All

I need to enable AGIS on release 11.5.10, hence I was wondering how to do it

Furthermore we have many intercompanies transactions but we need to track all the information from the Requisition, Sales Order, Shipping, Receiving, AR, AP

So I think AGIS is only for non inventory transactions while internal fulfillment also generate intercompany transactions but having inventory transactions.
