Issue adding LDAP users after upgrading from 9.2.X to 9.3.X

After upgrading from 9.2.X to 9.3.X and moving from OAS to WLS, we are facing problems to add the LDAP user.

We add the user in a user group in the AD. When we run the LDAP directory refresh the users will be added to Agile.

This was actually a bug in 9.2.X and was supposed to be fixed in 9.3.X.

As per the information from Oracle the Agile OOTB is working fine but our upgraded environment is having the same problems.

Has anyone faced this issue after upgrade?
