"Rowset position cannot be restarted" error generated on loading metadata in HFM 11.1.2.1 classic

I recently changed the metadata from NO consol rules to YES consol rules, added a consol method where previously there was none, and at the same time in an effort to tidy up the development application we are working on, removed the security classes from the entities.

When I loaded this changed file 4 errors were generated, all of the "Unknown" type. However there was the above comment in the body of one of the errors.  And now when I load the previous version of the metadata the same 4 errors are generated.

I can extract the metadata from the application, and the resulting extract appears to be the same as the previous version, however I cannot load the extracted file back into the app as the same 4 errors are generated.
