Project Organization definition process

 Hi Folks,
When I am trying to implement Projects module, unable to select following information in the implementation setup.

1. Default Reporting organization hierarchy Please explain purpose and usage of this organization how to define this organization, what other orgs links with other orgs.

2. Project Task Owning organization  Please explain purpose and usage of this organization how to define this organization, what other orgs links with other orgs.

3. Expenditure Event Organization  Please explain purpose and usage of this organization how to define this organization, what other orgs links with other orgs.
