Identify user who created manual journal and also posted

Hi,

As a part of audit process user should not create a journal and post it himself. Can we find a list of users who has violated this rule from GL_JE_HEADERS table using a simple sql query. It is challenging as there is only “STATUS” field to look for. (We do not have journal approval process and we are on 11i)

Appreciate your help to crack the puzzle :-)
