BI Publisher - java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:org.apache.axis.transport.http.AxisHTTPSessionListe

We are deploying Oracle BI 11.1.1 into Weblogic Application Server 10.3.3
After deployed xmlpserver component, when we try to start the xmlpserver an error for a missing class is thrown .
The error message that is shown is:
 java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:org.apache.axis.transport.http.AxisHTTPSessionListener
For your information, the OS of Application Server is Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.2.

Let us know what is the reason of this error and how it can be fixed.
