How to configure 'Print Friendly Format' display

Hi Everyone,

 

Recently We have upgraded from R 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and some final user asked me to reconfigure the "Print Friendly Format" display the way it was before the upgrade process, the point is that before when users hit the 'Print Friendly Format' button, using format 'HTML' and then hitting the ''RUN' button they were able to get the digital format displayed using almost the whole screen, now they can get the digital format displayed but the image is included within a narrow square making the users to keep scrolling up and down constantly in order to check the data.

I've searched in manuals and Oracle support KB but unfortunately i didn´t find anything related.
