How to install Oracle Text and if this is before the installation of Oracle Xml database ?

Hi experts.
I have the steps to install Oracle Xdb steps, what I need are the steps for Oracle Text, because Xml need that?
also does this has to be installed before the Xml, or after?
Does this Oracle Xdb needs something more to be installed?
