APP-FND-01048 - Unable to Receive Items

Hello Gurus,

I am getting this error when trying ro receive one items (Ifrom an Inter Organization Transfer)

I looked on Metalink, and do not find the right aswer and action plan.

Could you help me, and also tell me where is the Locator on the Receipt form is coming from, since I have few items where there is no Locator entered, even thought it is setup on the Item Subinventories.
