Print Inmediate printer setup

Hello everyone i am trying to implement print inmediate but i cannot print once the configuration has been done in jde

i have a printer which was configured befor i came to this job and that printer is working fine if i choose a diferent printer it does not work but if

i take the printer which does not work and put on it the other working printer´s ip it works

It seems as though the ip is mapped somewhere on the enterprise server or something like that

Does anyone knows how it works ? any help regarding this issue will be appreciated!
