S10u10/121430-66 : lucreate failes can't mount: ERROR: mount: <zonepath>/none: No such file or direc

I have a server running Solaris 10u9, I've loaded the LU packages from the S10u10 DVD which updated LU to 121430-66

When I run lucreate it fails:

# lucreate -n S10u10
Analyzing system configuration.
Updating boot environment description database on all BEs.
Updating system configuration files.
Creating configuration for boot environment <S10u10>.
Source boot environment is <Feb_08_2011>.
Creating file systems on boot environment <S10u10>.
Populating file systems on boot environment <S10u10>.
Temporarily mounting zones in PBE <Feb_08_2011>.
Analyzing zones.
WARNING: Directory </slabzone3/zonepath> zone <global> lies on a filesystem shared between BEs, remapping path to </slabzone3/zonepath-S10u10>.
