Report template with custom font is showing in the pdf output with different font

We have a custom font (TFF) which is the official arabic font for the company , when we create a report using RTF template and xml publisher, the pdf output is showing the output in different font. We are running the reports through concurrent programs.
First file (report_Arial.PDF) : The RTF Template font is Arial
Second File (Report_Fanan_After_Changing_Template_from_Arial_.pdf) : The RTF Template font is Fanan font which is the targeted font for me.
Third File(Report_Fanan_After_Changing_Template_from_Times_.pdf) : The RTF Template font is Fanan font which is the targeted font for me, I make the font Fanan after trying with Times New Roman font.
