Foregin Currency Use

Hi,

I am working with a customer in an upgrade from R11 to R12. In R11 today he is not entering transactions and journals in foreign currency.

He just converts the amounts to functional currency and create the transactions/journals in this currency.

We are recommending to enter the transactions in the correct currency to have all the correct details of the transaction within oracle and also to be able to use functionalities available in oracle as revaluation and reports.

Is there any benefit to recommend?
