getting error while installing grid infrastructure configuration (11.2.0.1)

Hi Team,
we are setting up 2 node RAC on windows 2008 64 bit.

while installing clusterware we are getting error [INS-20802] Grid Infrastructure Configuration Failed.

Also tried with applying  patch 10100101
Please help .
