Receipt Accounting of Expense Items Under Budgetary Control

 Hello,

We  have disabled Reverse Encumbrances Check Mark,we are using online accruals, when we receive expense items the reversal entry is being created whereas when we receive inventory item there is no reversal entry.
Is this the intended behavior?
If yes how can we control the reversal of expense items?
