Shipping Networks - Internal Order Required

Hello Gurus,

I am presently setting up the Internal Requisition process, and I have this question.

In the Shipping Networks form, I Checked the Internal Order Required Check Box for Org A to Org B.

However, when I do this, I cannot use the OLD Inter-Organization Transfer process, as these Org dissapeared from the LOV.

I thought I could have both method working in parallel.

Let me know if there is a way to do this, or if it is really how it is supposed to work.
