Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Getting error when performing INV_MOVE_ORDER_PUB.Create_Move_Order_Lines

I am getting this error when I try to create move order lines for my header using the API--can anyone tell me what this means?
