Problem with table

Hi,
Oracle Version : 10.2.0.3 (64-bit)
Operating system : Linux (64-bit)

Here we are having one schema in that schema on one table  we are unable to do rename,truncate,drop on that table and also select count(*) from table is also taking hours of time.

Can any one please help me what might be wrong .
