Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Newly created page in Webcenter Portal disappears when running again application

I've created a simple Webcenter Portal application in Jdeveloper version : 11.1.1.4 with Webcenter extensions and from Jdeveloper if I run this application, it takes me to the target URL :
http://127.0.0.1:7101/myappln-Portal-context-root/faces/pages_home?_afrLoop=593907404413725&_afrWindowMode=0&_afrWindowId=63l1l2woh_10#%40%3F_afrWindowId%3D63l1l2woh_10%26_afrLoop%3D593907404413725%26_afrWindowMode%3D0%26_adf.ctrl-state%3D63l1l2woh_102

Now login as weblogic/weblogic1 and then go to "Administration" --> "Create Page" say "testpage". Now when I rerun this Portal application via Jdeveloper again, this newly created page "testpage" do not appear anymore and I could only see"Home" page.

Why this newly created page "testpage" disappears when rerunning the application again in Jdeveloper and where does this new page gets stored.
