unable to open supplier scheduling Option form and supplier scheduling workbench

Hello,

We'd like to  work with Supplier scheduling module, but functionalities are not fully available (no data found message when opening Supplier scheduling option form and workbench form).  We tried to recompile forms but it did not soled the issue.

We currenlty work with Purchasing and Supplay chain module.  I would like to know if a specific licence is required to use Supplier scheduling module .
