Real State Management

 Hi Friends, 

My Customer, Brazilian Postal Service Company, would like to know if JDE EntepriseONE has the capability to perform Real Estate management.

They mean not manage the construction but after a property has been built. Can JDE EONE management the maintenance of that building taking care of things lke :


  • When the building will need a maintenance ?
  • Control of improvements
  • What inspections have been done.

Let me know if this can be done.  Customer are currently on XE with a scheduled upgrade to R9
