eSignature and iSupplier Portal

We are currently implementing iSupplier Portal on an 11.5.10.2+ environment.  I would like to know if it is possible or even a good idea to implement eSignature with the Supplier Acknowledgement process, even if we do not have Procurement Contracts implemented.  I am guessing we would need to be licensed for Purchasing, iSupplier and eSignature.  Thanks!
