Items not showing on pricelist

Hi,

I have created an item  and assigned the item to all the orgs (Assign all). item attributes Ihave checked inventory enabled,stockbale,Purchabbe, Internal orders enabled OE transactable.

But while trying to create a price list I do not see my items in the lov Product Value... Any idea as to what I might be missing?
