urgent question: Is this normal or we have a problem?

Hi Everyone,
we have two production databases:
cmsprod, 10g, in oracle-10g_home, owned by oraclE
clarity, just upgraded to 11g, in oracle_11g_home, owned by new user oraclA now (was sharing the 10g home of oraclE before upgrade).
both database are being listened on port 1521, so only one listener can run at any time for them both.
problem: if the listener is from the oracle_11g_home by oraclA, and if clarity is started, I see cmsprod processes own by oraclA appear;
when I stop 11g listener, and start listener 10g by oraclE, I see clarity processes appear owned by oraclE. These processes will be gone when I shutdown clarity database.

Howdy, Stranger!
