OAB:Open Enrollment : Enrollment Opportunity and Default Enrollment

Hello All,
I need to allow any existing Supp Life members to allow to change the cvg amount if they have only Basic Life.
I created a Enrollment Opportunity Fast formula and attached to the plan.Its working fine but its not defaulting
the employee current Supp Life Coverage.

I also created a Default Enrollment fast formula but is not defaulting the cvg amount.

Any Input is highly appreciated.
