ShortHand aliases security!

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi

My instance  12.1.3 have 10 ledger use the same key flexfield segment,How I can make a limitation for every user consult alias which concerns him during the accounting enter (i want that user see in the ShortHand aliases window the alias which concern the responsability)
