New 12.1.2 Monthly Service (CS) patch released

The following patches are now released to My Oracle Support.  I've listed the fixes contained in each below.

 12909918:R12.CS.B  12.1.2:BUG FIXES FOR CS: OCT'11 PATCH

1.Bug 12575165 : Contracts not executed automatically when changing product or sr
                 type

2.Bug 12877202 : Service Request print friendly format page show unexpected
                 chinese characters

This patch can only be applied on 12.1.2 version
