How can I configure a workflow email action to be from current user AND TO current user?

I can configure my workflow email action to be from the current user, but the choices in the "TO" column are limited to Specific User, Relative User on Record, and Default User. 

I need the current user to be sent an email when the workflow is triggered by the current user.  The action causes the current user to send an email to him or herself.

Is there code I can place in "specific user" to cause the email to go to Current User? Other ideas?
