When does ODM convert an email that is marked as a 'soft bounce' to a 'hard bounce' status?
ODM sets the 'Demographic->isEmailValid' status to FALSE when a hard bounce status is received from an email campaign. The system also set the status to FALSE after 3 soft bounces are received from 3 independent email attempts. An 'attempt' in ODM terminology is either an initial invitation, a repeat invitation or a reminder invitation.
