Problem in Payment Processing

 Hi Everyone
At the time of payment processing, i have entered a payment by entering all its details including Payment Document Name, Document Number and payment process profile but when i save this transaction then system gives message field must be entered. And i have to mention all the payment information again then second time it saves the transaction. Anyone has idea about it?
