11g RAC Transparent Application Failover (TAF)

Hi Team,
I am new to RAC an we are implemented 11gr2 on windows 2008 r2.

Now we need to setup TAF and we are confused for listener and tns entries as a new concept of SCAN is introduced.

Please help us to configure TAF in 11g.
