Back order move order, but shipping line status is not backorder

Pick release sales order without autocreate pick confirm , then go to Tract move order to backorder move order, go to shipping form found that the shipping line status still is Released to warehouse , no delivery. For this shipping, how solve this issue to make this line can ship?
