Contract Discount in R12 is not calculated

in Oracle R12 when applying contract coverage discount in service request form the application is not considering the discount while it is working in R11. the contract is linked to coverage that allow discounts. would you please help me to finalize the upgrade to R12 from 11.5.10.2.
