server time lagging

Hi,

we are having a 2 node solaris 3.2 cluster running on soalris 10 & E2900. The server time keeps on changing approx 1 minute goes behind in every 2 days. can anyone suggest the resolution? following is the troubleshooting performed:

1. node 1 time updated manually and left node2 as it is (20 min behind)

2. after few days notcied node 1 time drops gradually whereas node 2 time stays as it is

3. servers running firmware OBP 5.20.15 06/03/10 02:23
