Transaction Import Interface - Question

Hi,

I need to import PA transactions using information stored in a third party system (Clarity) and in Oracle General Ledger.

In clarity I have the number of hours entered by employees for each project and task (that will also be defined in Oracle Projects). But in clarity is not stored the cost per hour, because is only is used to enter the timesheets.

The Cost is in the balances of Oracle General Ledger for the period in balances related with the source: Payroll, allocated to an specific cost centre value.

Is it possible to use the transactions open interface from projects to create the transactions using the two source systems?
