Different Date Formats based on Users Login

Hi All,

Can we have multiple date formats based on the User's Login?

Scenario: Suppose we have two users belonging to  two different countries say A1 and A2. For A1 my date format should be mm/dd/yyyy and for A2 my date format should be dd/mm/yyyy.

 Is it  possible or just it takes the format we define at the company profile level?

Also we have a date and time field at the User level. Does this fields get overwritten by the Company Profile Date and Time set.
