Automatic Calculation of Promised Delivery date on Procurement (P4310)

There is any way the system to automatically calculate other dates (such as "Promised to ship", "Date - scheduled pick" ) based on Requested Date that user enters on Purchase Order entry (P4310) ?

If this is possible, can this calculation based to this date (or any other date from F4301 or F4311) to take in considaration also a formula based on Suplier and Category Code's values ?
