Oracle Inventory Material Workbech >> Stock Locator not displayed

Hi,

 Product version and release is R12.1.3

We have upgraed to R12. Now after upgrade, during 'On-hand Availability' enquery stock-locator of inventory item is not disp-layed in 'Material workbench' form.. The stock-locator is there in the record as shown on the left side of the form under 'Organization' drilldown.

Inventory >> On-hand availability >>On-hand Quantity >> Enter Item and find. Under Column 'Locator', an 'X' is displayed and not the ACTUAL STOCK LOCATOR. A screenshot is uploaded for review.
