BIP Standalone product (11.1.1.5) into a JDE configuration

We are configuring the BIP Standalone product (11.1.1.5) into a JDE configuration. As part of the installation, do we need to set up and configure WebLogic Application server and Weblogic based JDE HTML server? We already have JDE HTML servers configured in OAS 10.1.3.5.
