What Happens If a Requisition is with drawn and submitted for reapproval??

My client is a big telecom company using Iprocurement( mostly non catalogue requests)  we have a  requisition approval process that starts from department final approver, approved by procurement who enter the price. depending up on the price entered the PR will be sent to budget for final approval bofore a PO is created.

If a user feels  to edit the document thats pending with budget, the document is submitted for approval process from the begining. some users try the option "change Managerial Approver" opiton to send the notification directly to the person where the PR was last approved by, is there a way to change the approvals that directly got to person
