Books and Reports
Can anyone tell me if this is intended functionality, or if I'm doing something wrong? I have configured 3 different books and have implemented workflow so that when a Service Request is created, it is assigned one of these 3 books based upon the SR Type that it is.
I then log into the system as a user who has only one of these books assigned to them and when I go to the list of Service Requests in the Service tab, I can only see the Service Requests that have the book that the user is assigned to. This is what I would expect to happen.
