Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to configure bounceback for 1-1 fulfillment

Hi

Can anyone advise as to how to configure bounceback management for emails sent via 1-1 fulfillment server?

Also, how do do the opened/malformed counts for a particular request get populated
