ORACLE RAC CLUSTER - NODES (VM SERVERS) RANDOMLY REBOOTING

Hi

I'm having issues with my Rac : ( - I've setup a two node rac cluster (oracle 11g)  thats running on 2 Vm servers. For some crazy reason the servers just reboot themselfs randomly..

Is there anyone out there that has the answer to my issue.   Is it a VM bug??

Heres the setup details....

NODES - VMware esxi, 4.1.0, 381591

Racuat01.dstio.com  , racuat02.dstio.com

Linux version 64 bit
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4 (Tikanga)

Kernel
Linux racuat01 2.6.18-194.8.1.0.1.el5 #1 SMP Thu Jul 1 17:29:21 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Memory
16 gig ram
