probelm with targets.xml file

Hi,
Version: OEM GC 11.1.0.1.3

I tried to reconfigure the database in OEM GC, select the cluster database target then click on Configure button, but I always bumped into the following error:

Saving instance <INSTANCE_NAME> to repository and agent <AGENT_NAME>...-- exception caught when saving the rac db to agent <AGENT>: oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.OperationException: Skipping target {<DB_NAME>, rac_database}: Missing properties - ClusterName ... finished.

Do you know any solution for this problem?
