When does the sync between CRMOD -> ODM take place?

Hello

Are you able to tell us, by time zone, when the sync takes place between CRMOD -> ODM? I understand this take place once a day. I'm in Sydney, Australia. Can you advise what time this take place in my time zone or which ever time zone so that I can work out when it takes place in my time zone.

This assumes of course that the sync takes place at the same time each day?
