Solaris 11-EA zone networking

Hey all,
In the Solaris 11-EA release, I'm creating a new zone and am curious as to one of the new default settings. Namely, the new default of 'ip-type' is 'exclusive'. This also brings in a network interface by the name of 'anet' into the default zone config. I'm presuming that since ip-type is being set to exclusive by default and the fact that so much has changed in this release, that there is a reasoning behind this.  However, I haven't seen this mentioned in any of the documentation I've read thus far.
