ASR is inactive

Hi All,

My ASR upgraded from 2.6 to 3.3. Registration successful. ASR can start, but alway stay in "inactive" status. I found out " com.sun.svc.ServiceActivation_3.3.0 " in RESOLVED status as well.

May I know how to change to  ACTIVE? Can advise?
